I stayed at Aloft for 7 days, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. Despite requesting daily housekeeping, my bed was only made once during my entire stay. The elevator was also extremely slow, as only one elevator was functioning the whole week. Additionally, the front desk made it unnecessarily difficult for my husband to receive a room key, even though I had already emailed in advance authorizing him to be added to the room. Overall, I can understand why this hotel is rated only 3 stars. The bathroom was also very small and difficult to move around in.

The staff got me and my sibling booking mixed up so when i checked in i was checked into her room and she was in mines and luckily we know each other because all of her belongings were unattended in her room and could've been stolen by anyone
