The desk person told me that the traffic facing room was quiet. Well, it wasn’t. I asked to be moved to the other side, which they did. The air unit in that room blew COLD air and when I put it on heat, it continued to blow cold air. It was 40 degrees outside…smh. One of the worst stays I’ve experienced at a Holiday Inn. NEVER again!!!!!

My fridge didn't work they made no effort to fix this they ran out of tools and we couldn't shower our 2nd night there and to top it off when we were packing I found a condom wrapper on the head board from previous occupants

We've stayed at the Plano location plenty of times (we enjoyed it allot). We thought that Dallas Northeast - Arboretum would be the same. IT WAS NOT. The breakfast was horrible; the bagels and toast were stale, the eggs were cooked poorly. The cleanliness was just not the same. We were quite surprised and disappointed at the same time.

They should have smart TVs in the rooms, and another thing, when we were leaving my girlfriend slipped and fell at the exit because there was a problem with a water leak and it was slippery.

This review is solely based on the quality of the room - not the rest of the amenities. The sheets had what looked like blood stains and small burn holes. Both toilet paper rolls had brown stains on the first few paper squares. When I called the front desk to get new toilet paper and fitted sheet, they had me go back downstairs to pick it up myself. However, the girl at the front was friendly - I just won’t be returning to this hotel.
