⭐️⭐️ I was really disappointed with my stay at the Hyatt. The room wasn’t clean, the service was slow, and the staff didn’t seem welcoming at all. Even simple requests took too long to handle. The breakfast was especially disappointing — the food didn’t taste fresh, the menu was limited, and the area had an unpleasant smell. The room was also quite small, and the phone didn’t work. We were out for over four hours the next day, and when we returned, the room still hadn’t been cleaned. When we went downstairs to ask for housekeeping, the staff made faces and were very unhelpful. Overall, it was a horrible experience and not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made.

Have stayed multiple times at this property. Rooms are clean and functional, easy access to town of Allen, front desk staff awesome. It’s my first choice when traveling on business to this location.

What we thought was going to be a pleasant experience turned out to be gross and unfortunate as we encountered a giant roach in our room. This thing was huge. There was only one person working at the time so we had to wait awhile before he could come up and get it. We were unable to switch rooms due to occupancy being “full”. It was so gross! We hate bugs. We were told we would get compensated and that has yet to happen. The staff keeps saying I have to call to speak to the manager but yet every time I do that she’s not there. Why is management never there? Anyways, I’m hoping it was just a fluke and no one else has encountered roaches the size of Texas but unfortunately that kind of ruined our stay for us last weekend!
