We booked thru Expedia and had no idea what to expect. It was great and because it was so cold we spent a lot of time in our room. We've already recommended it to anyone we know going to Florida. Walking thru the door,first impression is "This is what we think of a Florida resort." The neighborhood,alas, shows what has happened in many of these areas.

Nearly everything was an amazing experience. The only small complaint would be the selection of food for breakfast. Adding a meat option or having a different style of eggs (currently hard-boiled only) would really help. Other than that, highly recommended hotel.

Great time for Daytona 500. Giant cost and understandable but when you spend that type of money to use a room from 11pm to 11am only; you don’t expect the employee to deny you a glass of juice because it’s 10 minutes passed the breakfast time. It’s the small things.

Best place to stay and make friends

This is our 6th year to spend with Bahama House through the years. We love this hotel and the Staff. They have all always bee so helpful and pleasant. Great place for couples and families. The Happy Hour has allowed us to meet new friends from many new Countries through the years. We have met up with them again since meeting here.

Booked a quick getaway this week. Parking is included, is on site & is easy. The area was quiet when we were there. I didn’t hear any hallway or elevator noise from our room. The area & the hotel both felt safe. Room was “partial” ocean view but our balcony & the view were fantastic. The room was huge! Loved having the kitchen. King bed was comfy, plenty of pillows. Continental breakfast & happy hour are included. The breakfast was disappointing. Choices are fruit, yogurt, boiled egg, cereal, oatmeal, pancakes. Our second day they were out of clementines & pancakes. The happy hour bartender the first night looked miserable to be there. She only offered me “red or white?” So I didn’t even know what the other options were. It looked like there was also beer, Bloody Mary mix & soda. The location is perfect, right on the beach. The pool area is nice. My only complaint would be that the bath towels are a little rough / especially on sunburned skin. This was my first time here & I’ll definitely stay again!

This was a decent place to stay for the money. The room was spacious but the bathroom was tiny, although recently renovated. Good location with lots of shopping and dining very close (some even walkable).
