With exclusive access to a private beach, completely closed to any public access, this luxurious beach house is not your typical vacation home. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, children’s toys, and beach games are provided for your fun and convenience. The home comfortably accommodates 1 to 3 families, featuring three primary suites, a kids' room with four bunk beds and cots, and a massive wood dining table that seats up to 10 people.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of kitchen paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We provide beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella's, bicycles & a GAS BBQ grill which is located in the Garage.           .
Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

PLEASE DO NOT WALK ON DUNE. USE CROSSOVER AT END OF STREET.
Please keep sand off the furniture and clean the grill after each use. 
Please rinse all sand off before enjoying the Jacuzzi 

Trash days are Monday & Thursday.
Lawn care takes place on Mondays.

Check-out time by 10:00 am.

Before departing, Please do the following:

- Remove bedding and towels and leave in the laundry room
- Load & start dishwasher
- Take the trash out to the garage.
- Please check for leftover items, and don't forget your electronics and chargers.
- Turn all the lights on and close the door.

Great property

I feel like I should say something negative so it will be easier for me to get the times I want next time I stay here, but I have only good things to report. I use Vrbo frequently and this is the best property I've ever stayed at. The house is just steps from the beach, but it's not a "beach house". It's a house you might find in any nice neighborhood. There's an upstairs balcony that lets you look over the ocean, and an enclosed porch downstairs. Both face east so you can enjoy the ocean breezes. The beach is private so there were never many people out there. The house is clean, and the one problem I had (when a storm knocked out the wi-fi), the owner was very quick to help me get it back online. Again, it was a great place that I hope to visit again.

The location is perfect - neighborhood beach with no public access. The house looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Everything is clean and it felt just like home. Kids thought we rented a castle

Nice property just steps to the beach

We have stayed a number of times in northeast FL and in the Palm Coast area. We usually rent a home for a month as we did with this property. This one was exceptional. Very comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The bedrooms were nice size and beds were very comfortable. The communication with the host was excellent. The property has a full ocean view from the second deck. We liked the fenced in backyard for our dog. The beach entrance was very close and the beach was beautiful. Very quiet area. But close to everything.

Third trip to Palm Coast

There is no negative about this home. We have used VRBO and others for a long time, but nothing compares to this! It is a very nice home, not a normal beach house. We have stayed on the water front in sight of this house twice. Being a row back does not make a noticeable difference. Our oldest daughter and spouse, a 21 year old grand daughter and my husband and I were there 3 nights. This rooms were all spacious, well decorated, and clean. The kitchen was more than complete. Congratulations to the owners and the maintenance crew.

Wonderful stay for a fifty year old birthday

My wife wanted only one thing for her 50th birthday…a house by the beach to spend time with our kids and family. Her brother and sister in law were visiting from Germany. I have to say that this was an amazing place for making her birthday wish come true! Thank you for such a great location! Beautiful home in an excellent location!

This house and location were perfect! The home was spacious, very well appointed and nicely decorated. Loved all the different ways we could relax outdoors and with excellent view of the ocean. Felt like we had our own private beach… so close and not many people. We brought our dog and he had a blast on the beach with our kids. Alina our host was responsive. We only had 4 days and wished we could have stayed longer!

Perfect Location

A beautiful, spacious home just one house back from the beach. You can see and hear the ocean from the house. It's a very open floor plan so a bit echo-y when our 5 grandchildren were there! Property manager was very responsive.

We had an amazing time. Would love to book again! Our family (all adults) had plenty of room to themselves. Beautiful upper deck and view of water. Just steps from the beach. Fenced yard was great for our dog! Excellent communication with property manager. I’m bummed the dates we need for next year aren’t available. But manager sent me other properties in the area to view. We hope to be back. Loved it!!

Location Location!

This house was amazing for our family of 9 and our Aussie! Plenty of room for everyone. The backyard was perfect for our dog to run around in. We made just about every meal in the fully stocked kitchen. The walk over to the private beach was easy and once over there we pretty much had the whole beach to ourself. The beach is dog friendly and there is bags at the entrance of the walkover to take for doggie cleanup. Washington Oaks Garden state park was less than a 2 min drive and has beautiful walking trails on the bay side and beach side of the park at low tide has amazing rock that you can walk out on. Every morning I would take our dog for her morning walks to Moody drive back to Ocean St and everyone that lives in the neighborhood showed southern hospitality always waving or saying hello. My husband found a large gopher tortoise walking through the next door neighbor’s yard and she was standing outside and was nice enough to let him walk up to take a picture and told us to enjoy our vacation. The house is stocked with plenty of shower/beach towels. We will definitely be coming back to this house in the future. We have been to many beaches and cruises and this was by far the most relaxing vacation we have taken.

Awesome (almost oceanfront!) home for large family

This is our second time renting this beautiful home. Our family with 4 adult children and 2 spouses had plenty of room to spread out and also perfect places to gather together. It feels like an oceanfront home and it’s so easy to go back and forth from the house to the beach. Alina is so easy to work with and check in and out is a breeze! We will return soon!
