Perfect for two people

Overall, it was relaxing and had all the amenities. Would have liked a view of the ocean, but the price was right and just a short walk to the pool and ocean. Had no broom, so I had called Florida Vacay in regard to the bathroom sink being clogged. and the gentleman was able to get me a broom in storage. The king size bed was soooo comfortable. Very nice stay. Just one night of teenagers pranking, they were just kids.

Great Value On The Beach

This unit made a great stay for my wife and I on the no-drive beach in NSB. Perfect for early sunrise beach walks. The two pools were very clean with lots of chaise lounges. The unit had a terrific bathroom and shower. All images reflect the actual furnishings. The kitchen could use some work but it was fully supplied with all utensils, small appliances, and flatware. Only negative was the ongoing noisy work rebuilding the break wall at the beach.

Nice place

Overall, a very nice place. Enjoyed the heated pool. Nice access to ocean. Comfortable bed. Comfortable furniture. Wish there had been more hooks or towel bars to hang up swimming suits and beach towels. Washing machine on our floor didn’t work and had to go to other levels in building to do laundry.

I love New Smyrna Beach FL and this is an entry level cost effective Condo. Easy to cook and clean!

I’m a simple surfer, and this was a nice quiet experience. Nice slither of ocean view off towards the northeast view. Close to the elevator and it’s been recently renovated. All basic cookware available, and you can walk to the market. Shower is for handicap use and a lil tight for me (6’ 175lbs.) but the water quality/pressure was good. The bedroom master bed SUCKS. It destroyed my back. This mattress felt like a marshmallow, and I like a firm bed, so beware. The pullout sofa is fine for kids, but it’s not very supportive, but the TV and seating/eating arrangements work good up to 4 or 5 people, but sleeping should by done with 2-3 people. Unless you bring 2 cots or sleep on the couches. The little master suite porch is great, and you can sleep with it open if you can tolerate the sound of light moving traffic. Besides that, it was very quiet. Bring your own beach chairs because the owners chairs sucked. If your a surfer, there is a descent sandbar out front, but better was are nearby. This town has lot of good eats, but New Wave Cafe is BEST in FL. Flagler Avenue has great creative cuisine. Across the street has a few places as well as a super Dollar General that cover all your household items.

When we walked in we saw sand on beach chairs, dinner plates broken on the side, bowls broken on the side, cups broken on the side. Not enough soap to wash the dishes. No soap for the shower , very difficult to figured out how to use the shower. No tissue. The rools are just for us not for the owner.

The place was less than what we expected

The place was very clean and had everything and then some for the weekend,but I must be honest the pictures we somewhat deceiving, you couldn’t see the beach from window and it was the place was very small. The only major thing that was frustrating was the shower .and the ceiling fan in bedroom , it was so loud. But overall it was cute , clean and comfortable.

Would Visit Again

The photos in the listing have been glitzed up compared with the actual apartment. That said, it's was a clean, comfortable stay. Others have already commented on the handicap step-in tub. If you can deal with that, then it's a great place to stay.

location!

As soon you open the door, you see how amazing and clean the place was
 what you see in the pictures is what you can expect. They also have a kitchen equipped with everything you need, they also have available beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys. We were a little be worry about the bathroom, but it turns out fin and awesome shower pressure

Really nice place for the money

The pricing was very fair and the quality of the condo and location made for a really nice stay. We could have used some instructions on how to pull out the bed in the sofa though. We fought with it for a while. Other than that small item it was perfect.

Updated Decor

We appreciated the cleanliness of the condo and updated decor. The queen bed and sofa sleeper were very comfortable! The handicap shower is the only reason we give it four stars as it was very small and there was just enough room to stand.

Nicely updated

Has everything you need. A home away from home. If you are a bigger person be aware the shower will not work for you. It has a handicap bathtub/shower combo that was a little awkward for my tall boys

Nice Condo

My husband & I stayed for the month of March, 2020 and the condo was exactly as pictured on line. It was very clean and had plenty of room for us. It is right on the beach with an ocean view from the balcony. Laundry was right around the corner from our condo. The pools were beautiful and very clean. We would definitely stay here again

The condo was fully equipped, with added essentials such as toiletry and kitchen supplies. The facilities, pool, access to the beach was fantastic and the Dollar General made it easy to pick up additional groceries. The beach was incredible. I would highly recommend this condo and location.

Very clean and newly updated, only downfalls were it didn’t have a king size bed which we knew when we booked the condo, and it would be nice to have atleast two beach chairs to use.
