The room was huge! And very clean! The staff was very nice. In a great location. Just a Heads up, we use a fan to sleep, or in a hotel we use the air conditioner for noise, but the air/heat was not like the normal ones. It was a thermostat on the wall so it was very quiet. But I would definitely stay there again!

Loud noise all night

We booked a smoking room with two queen beds, but they didn’t have it available so upgraded us to the presidential suite. It wasn’t a smoking room and they told us we could smoke on the balcony. Problem was - there was no balcony! Although the warm turnovers and free pop and water were nice, the room was so loud we couldn’t sleep! Must be an air conditioning unit on the roof that made the whole room shake!

1st time staying at Mineral Palace and would come back again. Rooms are partially renovated & large casino area. Bed was comfy and very little noise. Enjoyed the chocolates left nightly in the room and little yellow duck! Location good.
