I did not see anything unique , being a 5 star hotel this is default . What i did not like is checkout policy . For someone who has flight at midnight thay chanrge for late check out even thoguh we did late check in. Regarding food , they have theirnown version of stir fry . They put cornflour gravy in stirfries. Funny thing os during check out they asked for feedback and rather than taking it innpositive side they tried to explain this is the policy . For airport travllers not a good place to stay .

Recommend prioritizing guests checking out of the hotel. The reception was engaged with the other guests who were not checking in/out. It took quite a while before they were ready to process the check out. It is time sensitive for travelers continuing their journey. Overall nice and pleasant stay at the hotel, great staff and proximity to the airport is a plus.

Didn't like being interrupted whist having a meal by a lady from the sales and promotion team. Told her I was fine she insisted on looking at my itinerary and saying she had sorted everything out. Which she could not do as she didn't have any flight details. Her boss had sorted it earlier. He confirmed when I GAVE HIM the flight numbers
