Nice hotel overall. The buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options and cuisines. The staff were attentive and professional. Cleanliness was about 9/10. The room carpet didn’t feel very clean and kept “shedding,” as I would find small balls of carpet fibers around the room. Check-in also took quite a long time and wasn’t as smooth or efficient as I’ve experienced at other hotels. Other than that, I have no complaints—everything else was good.

Everything was great except the shower. The shower had a strong odor of mold or mildew. I would’ve asked to swap rooms because of it but it was really late when we found out and had an early morning flight so we just dealt with it.

We booked the radison blu because of the pool and hot tub facilities on our last night in New Delhi . Upon arrival we were informed that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. We checked out later that same evening and stayed at a hotel that had its amenities open . We wished we had been informed before we booked the pool/hot tub were closed.
