Poorly managed for a Hilton hotel.

The hotel was in a great location downtown and the staff was very nice and considerate, but it wasn’t managed well. We were there for five days and the elevators were working off and on for a 12 story building. One of those days we had to walk downstairs to the first floor from our room on the 7th floor. The couple we were vacationing with had a room next-door to ours had to be moved to another room because there door past key couldn’t be fixed by the maintenance guy which caused them to go back downstairs to the front desk to inform them multiple times. Finally we ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant, but they were struggling till they only had one waitress and we were not informed that there wasn’t a continental breakfast from the start and we noticed that everyone who came in didn’t know that it wasn’t a continental breakfast so that wasn’t made clear up front. Again the staff was great people, but poorly managed, and fortunately the hotel gave us a free breakfast every day because of the hotel door pass key would not work over a couple of days. I personally would not want to go back there and would choose the hotel down the street or next-door. Not to say it wouldn’t happen there also.

Perfect location for events at the Colorado convention center. Clean and spacious guest rooms. In and out parking was secure and plentiful. Convenient coffee shop and restaurant in the lobby. Shopping center nearby as well as shops and attractions. Enjoyed our 4 night stay!

Loved our stay here, but to be fair we didn't spend much time in the room! Downtown is RIGHT around the corner, great food, easy transportation from the airport via the RTD, easy shuttle to Red Rock for a good price (not hotel affiliated), overall everything felt accessible for a 5-night stay and we got plenty out of our trip. Definitely a good stay!

The location of the hotel was great, and the breakfast, although not free, was fine. However, all three elevators broke down Saturday afternoon, requiring us to walk up eleven (11) flights of stairs to get ready for our evening event and then walk down that same number of flights of stairs, 11. When we asked Sunday if any compensation would be offered, the answer was no. That is unacceptable.

Great stay. Having one elevator for the parking garage was a bit of an annoyance on Check out. Waited for 10mins on our floor for the elevator and then decided to go to the lobby and we caught the elevator there.

Okay hotel but room not ready after check in

We purchased our room with two queen beds. When we arrived to check in (after appropriate check in time) our room was not available. They offered a queen. So we were short a bed for a guest who was required to sleep on a couch.
