TÀmÀ koti sijaitsee Denverin hienoimmassa naapurustossa Cherry Hills Villagessa. Aja puiden peittÀmÀt kaistat sekoitukseen tyylikkÀistÀ vanhemmista koteista ja uusista ylellisistÀ minimaidoista, jotka sijaitsevat hehtaarin / plus koko-erillÀ. Denverin keskusta on vain 15 minuutin ajomatkan pÀÀssÀ, tai pÀÀset helposti kevyen raideliikenteen lÀheisyydessÀ olevalle asemalle. Valtioiden vÀlinen valtatie on vain muutaman minuutin pÀÀssÀ pÀÀstÀksesi kaikkiin upeisiin vuoristohauskoihin.

Cozy, Fun, and Charming

Fun was had by all! Amazing neighborhood and property. Even though it’s a large property it’s easy to feel comfortable there. The kids were super excited to see all the rooms, TVs, and outdoor fun!

Wedding Week

Excellent communication and fast response from property management. House was perfect for our family as we all came in from out of town for my daughter’s wedding. We were able to make a few family favorites for dinner and did some sightseeing when not rushing around for the wedding.

Denver end of Summer Vacation

Excellent property in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to downtown and other things to do. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Loved the pool, hot tub and massage chair.

Great house for a Family Reunion

Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of nine. The pool was great and the kids loved the playground, which included a zip line, trampoline, and climbing structures. We had some issues with power outages ( there was a heat wave the week we stayed) but the host/owner was very responsive and sent over a handyman to solve the problem. Kitchen was adequate and there were two large rectangular tables which could seat 16 people. All in all, a great house for a large family.

Denver Family Reunion

The pool and hot tub were a big hit. House was large and accommodated all 9of us. Master bedroom was very nice. The out side furniture was okay but very old and worn. Neighbors dogs behind house were very annoying as they barked early in the morning and on an off during the day.

Good for large family/group

The house and yard is large. Many different spaces including two dining areas each seating 8. Large tv room downstairs and family room with tv upstairs. We loved the large yard with playset and slides. Our stay was winter so did not use pool or hot tub. Dishes and pots and pans and bath towels could use an upgrade; other than that house was good. Communication with owner was good.

The neighborhood was beautiful and relaxing and close to shopping. The house was very comforting and relaxing. The pool and hot tub required usual maintenance. We did have a "Boo Boo" when sitting in a beach chair which broke while someone was sitting down. I would stay again at this property.

Wonderful home!

We had a wonderful vacation in Mike’s lovely home. The house is spacious and comfortable. Lots of towels and amenities, and the kitchen had plenty of cutlery, pots, pans, etc. My kids loved the pool and zip line! The location was also perfect for our family - it’s a quiet, pretty street with easy driving access to downtown, local sights, and the mountains. We will be back!

Spacious, Green and Quiet Area.

We loved our space in all rooms: kitchen, living rooms and bedrooms. Half moon driveway affords ample parking. Family and friends can entertain themselves with the pool and the hot tub. Thank you so much for for allowing us to be your guests. Mike was exceptional for fast correspondence and assisting us for our arrival time.

The pool and neighborhood are great !! Mike is very helpful . We were so sad to hear when we left that we caused two accidental damages . We never saw anything . We have rented from Mike before and never had an issues .

Beautiful home - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful home. The home and yard are enormous and comfortable. Our family of ten (2 seniors, 4 adults, 4 children ages 3-12) had ample space to ourselves and to spend time together in the living rooms. Mike was kind and easy to communicate with. We loved it!

Beautiful home with a perfect location

Our group of 9 including a almost 2 year old had a wonderful week here!! So thankful for the toys left at the property. Especially the Tiger...We had plenty of room to stay together or spread out. The home is beautiful and well stocked with essentials. Within reasonable driving distance to anything and everything! Mike made everything easy during the rental process and during our stay. Wonderful vacation home with a fantastic host!!

Great For Families

The home was very spacious, providing plenty of room for the 7 of us. We enjoyed it very much! Our only issue was the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub. The pool had not been vacuumed when we arrived, and while maintenance workers came mid-week, they did not vacuum, and simply applied some chemicals. The hot tub also had a lot of sediment in it, and was not useable by mid-week.

Family Fantastic

Our family gathered here for a reunion, and it was fantastic. The home was just as advertised. We had plenty of room and the house was stocked well. The only items that may need some attentions are: The dishwasher did not seem to clean very well even after rinsing the dishes, and the not all the jets on the hot tub worked. But overall, we had a great time in this wonderful home. Looking forward to returning in the future.
