Not family friendly, but budget friendly.

Hotel is old, but rooms are clean. The bed was comfortable, but the walls are thin. Sheets are clean, but mattress pad smelled of body odor. Night staff not equipped to handle the issue, but offer a new room. Neighbors had television on load all night. It looks as though the hotel may be used as an emergency shelter for homeless during the winter. As several migrants hug in the hallways and loby.

Supposed to have secured outer doors. They weren't. Homeless sitting in the hallways. Pet friendly but not a "rest" area. Dog poop all over the parking lot. Floor in room was sticky, stains on bedding and towels, extremely soiled couch in room and no toilet paper in the room

Staff at checkin & checkout were both very nice. Room was spacious with fridge & microwave. Bed was very comfortable. Room was reasonably clean. Yes the room & property are bit weathered, but... ya get what ya pay for
