How to change bedsheets at 10:30 at night when went to go to bed because they were full of other people’s hair. Rooms were dirty. We had a joining room and their doors weren’t locked so if somebody wanted to try to access our room they could have.

The carpets throughout the hotel were gross, the hot tub jets weren’t all working. The water was FREEZING. The room was clean and smelled nice. The front desk staff told us wrong info about the pool age limits and was short with us. She wasn’t friendly. She did bring us extra pillows and blankets which was nice, but said we would have to grab.

The property is clean. I love the woodsy logged look. Smelled clean and the front desk staff was courteous. The room I had was spacious and even had a massage chair which believe me I took the liberty of using. It is very quiet. I didn't hear a peep. The main building has a pool and Sauna. You get a decent free breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

This time we were disappointed

Upon check in I was told that my room was in another building, which was inconvenient, but ok. Room was nice enough, but they don’t start serving breakfast until 7 and we had to leave at 6:30 both days because of obligations, and after paying $629 for the room it would have been nice to have something to eat before we left. They didn’t give us enough towels and washcloths even after asking 3 times. To use the pool we either had to get in the car and drive to the other building or use the walkway in between. BUT if you use the walkway you can’t lock the back door to your room and have to leave it unlocked. Our fireplace in our room didn’t work, and there was something wrong with the blinds causing them not to close and I had to call the desk twice to get someone to come help close them. I waited 2 hours to be met with attitude on the phone and a girl that talked to me like I was stupid. The keurig didn’t get hot, and it could have been a lot cleaner. This was the 3rd time we’ve stayed here and we were very disappointed this time.

Disappointed this time with Stoney Creek

Handicapped accessible room but at end of very long hallway on 2nd floor made it difficult to get to. Whirlpool made loud grinding noise when jets turned on and started smelling really hot so had to turn off afraid of getting electrocuted or starting a fire....very disappointed. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was your average breakfast but kitchen server was very kind. Had to stand and wait 10-15 minutes before anyone came to check us in at desk when we arrived. Even a maintenance person couldn't find anyone to help us. Just not our best experience.

The room we were in had issues. The whirlpool tub wouldnt fill enough to run the jets. Outlets did not work, bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Stayed in this hotel several times and never an issue, this time around just disappointed
