We wanted for over a day to get clean towels to shower with and was told a dryer was broke. How does a facility the size of this one not have a sufficient about of towels for their guests. The room rate was not cheap and to wait till check out time before we could get a towel and shower was very frustrating and disappointing.

I like coming here every couple of months to relax in the spas. I did not know this weekend was going to have a church group and a wedding. The church group was singing very loudly in the pools late at night which was distracting for relaxation. The property itself is rundown and it could really use a facelift. The hot tubs have tile missing, but they get really hot. What I didn't like was my bathroom floor was not clean they were black hairs all over the floor, I am a blonde. I got a poolside room, which I will definitely get again. But I had to clean the lawn furniture on my little balcony before I could sit on it. But for the price, the location, I can't complain too much. Except for the cleanliness that needs to be better. The restaurant and bar as always was great as were all the employees I came across.

Old School Vibe

We stay here frequently and always enjoy our time. It is more of a classic, old school vibe. The mineral water is the star of the show. The restaurant on site is great and the wait staff are all friendly. We enjoy our visits to the maximum.

Miracle is a very wonderful experience at affordable compared to similar properties in the area you get in my opinion more value for the cost than the others. I highly recommend Miracle and believe you will not be disappointed. My highlights are the beautiful landscaping around the pool area. The spa is competively priced and quite quiet and relaxing. I do highly recommend masseuse Julie. The Capri restaurant is also highly recommended with a great wine list. On the down side the property is showing signs of wear and tear.
