Beautiful new tile floors greet you when you open the door as your eyes are drawn outside to the emerald waters. Enjoy the benefit of having a stackable washer/dryer. Breathtaking new granite countertops and stainless appliances will make you want to stay in every night and cook dinner. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for meal preparation. Brand-new furniture in the dining and living rooms have been tastefully arranged to take advantage of the Gulf views.

The main bedroom offers brand-new contemporary furniture and a new king mattress with new bedding. The second bedroom upstairs is an open loft with a full bed and a bunkbed set up, along with a private bathroom. Both bathrooms boast new fixtures, and the guest bathroom has a walk-in closet that will allow guests the comforts of home while on vacation. After a relaxing day at the beach, enjoy watching your favorite show on the TVs in the living area and bedroom.

*POOL: Building A's pool is currently under construction and is projected to be completed by July 2025. Guests are able to use building B's pool next door.*
Beach service is included from May to October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
