The room was clean but very dingy. My wheelchair could barely fit through the door but not in the bathroom. The toilet was low and the grab bars were not in the right place to be useful. The sink and mirror were too high up be useful at all. Now for the breakfast the staff member was very rude and said we could not take any food or a tray out of the breakfast area because it was company policy. Because of the inability to get around in the room we were forced to leave a day early with no compensation for money lost.

While the staff was very kind and breakfast was fine, this place in general only gets a surface level cleaning. I could tell by the dust in every crevice and corner this place limits their vacuuming and mopping in the rooms. The pillows also have a very musty stench, I needed to place a towel over it to sleep on. My stars are only for the kind staff. But you get what you pay for- I’m not upset. Just wanted to share an honest review for others.

The room wasn't clean; the bedsheet had stains, and the sink was clogged. There were candies under the bed. The TV and the phone weren't working. The coffee machine was dirty and had never been cleaned. Staff was friendly and nice. Location is good.
