I was grateful for the room the 1st night after working 9 hours and traveling 2.5 to get there. The inside door handle came off in my hand. The maintenance person put a screw in it. (FIRE SAFETY HAZARD) 1st floor with window blocker so I could not open the window in case of fire. Day 2, I arrived to my room late, after being in the hospital for my son's surgery and it smelled like someone had spilled air freshener (I have asthma). I was offered a room change, but was too exhausted and filtered the air with my cpap. Day 3 again after a long day at the hospiral, planned to relax with tv. It did not work. I was told maintenance would be there in 5 mins...no show. They offered when I was ready to sleep 2.5 hours later. Day 4 door handle fell off again (I have photos).
