This is our go to spot for Dewey Beach. Overall is clean and I love that it’s literally right by the beach. Beautiful views with the big windows they have for beachfront rooms.

Our favorite place to stay at the beach. We have been going here for years and it is our favorite. The full kitchen makes it great to eat in and the rooms are super spacious with 2 couchs (one by the window so you can sit and stare at the ocean)and a dining table.

From the check in to check out the stay was great. Room was very clean. A plus was the cooktop stove full refrigerator, microwave. Sitting area table and chairs very comfortable will return.

We loved the view from the room. We were able to watch the sunrise over the ocean daily as weather was perfect. The room was very spacious, equipped with a cook top, sink, full sized refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig, iron, ironing board, and all usual amenities. Service for 4 with flat ware, coffee cups, glasses and utensils included. The front desk staff was very friendly and always supplied what we needed when we ran out. (We were there almost a week). It is literally right on the beach. There are also books in the microwave stand and dresser. It was very clean on arrival, and staff could be seen cleaning rooms thoroughly throughout our stay. They were friendly and courteous. One of the pull chains on the ceiling fan was missing the wooden handle, but that was no biggie. There are no elevators, but there is a dumb waiter available for use to get items from ground level up to your room if you desire. We just carried stuff. I would totally stay here again.

The suite was clean. Views of the ocean were wonderful. The front desk was very accommodating with requests for more towels. While there is not an elevator, the dumbwaiter worked efficiently to bring our suitcases to our floor.

Room was beautiful and well kept with amazing views of the ocean! Very spacious! Had decent size kitchenette. We came off-season so parking was not a problem but I could tell it would be an issue at peak season. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!!
