Your check-in clerk was no where to be found while three separate guests waited, repeatedly rang the bell, and looked around in confusion. After about 10 minutes, she showed up, with no explanation or apology, and checked in everyone in as if she was irritated about having to do her job.

The room was okay overall—comfort and cleanliness were acceptable but nothing special. The building feels older, and the air in the room didn’t seem very fresh or well filtered. It was an average stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
