Smallest annoying thing: no coffee stir sticks

It was great. My only complaint is that, not only were no stir sticks offered at the coffee station in the lobby, but the coffee station in the room was conspicuously empty of them too. I'm all for using less plastic, but there are wood stirrers instead, or a sign saying to add sugar and cream first would habe been fine too.

This Hotel offers great views of the Mountains. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Pool and both hot tubs were great! Surrounding area if you can't find something to do you are not looking. Would stay there again.

I’m so disappointed, I was really looking forward to staying here and they closed the road for us to get there. I called the hotel and they said they couldn’t do anything because I booked through Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they said they would get me a refund as soon as they contract the hotel, I’ve been told they’ve tried to contact the hotel manager and have been unable to reach anyone and no one has responded to them at all. This is all very disappointing.

Hotel is dated.

Hotel is quite loud. Walls and ceiling/floors poorly insulated so you can hear your neighbors. Hotel is also showing it age. Some cosmetic remodeling/updating would help in the rooms themselvels, outdoor spa, etc. but some things probably can't be changed like sound levels. Pricing was comparable to other newer hotels in the area when we booked. We only booked for one night and probably wouldn't choose to stay here again. Staff was efficient and courteous.

Great location, good price for the area but starting to get a bit run down. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable, room flooring was in rough shape, lighting was flickering in the hallways and hallways looked dingey. The person working the check-in wasn't particularly friendly and acted like we were inconveniencing her.
