This I rarely give all fives. This staff tripped all over themselves to help and serve, and smile. Our room was upgraded, the pool as amazing, loved the view. And the night before we left we asked about a taxi. The next morning when we came down we didn’t say anything. But someone walked right up to us, took our suitcases, knew our room number and said our taxi as waiting. This hotel is hugs…and he knew who we were.
