Terrible customer service

This hotel is a rip off. Avoid it. Customer service is extremely poor despite the high cost. It you don't request room service, they won't do it. Electrical outlets wouldn't work. Access is very inconvenient. Most important, customer service people clueless, incompetent and helpless. I do not recommend it. There are many other better choices in the area.
