Here’s a concise and professional review you can use: Title: Disappointing Service for a Five-Star Hotel I expected a high level of service from a five-star hotel, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. The staff was not as attentive as expected, and certain aspects of the service felt unorganized. While the facilities were nice, the lack of attention to detail and customer care diminished the overall experience. For the price and reputation, I expected much better.

Palazzo Versace is another level, from the luxury of the lamps and furniture at the lobby to the beautiful and well put together room. It smells luxurious!! and the staff is so polite and respectful. There’s 3 pools and each is better than the last! The amenities are great. I was in such awe, the restaurants and are beautiful with delicious food.

Good place to stay

I love this property. Had a great stay with my family. The customer service from the concierge to welcoming staff to housekeeping was really friendly and very nice. There was one issue which they tried to resolve but had no luck. The room smelled every bad along with the bathroom. It was to point where it was unbearable. They did use air fresheners but wasn't much effective. Besides that everything was really nice.
