Lovely stay at spectrum rooms. Clean room and wonderful hosts. Access to a good coffee machine (often not the case) was greatly appreciated! Walkable to Dubrovnik old town or short transport options. Local area has plenty of food and drink available with sunset beach bar… at sunset being expensive but great.

Dubrovnik Spectrum Rooms exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. The accommodations were exceptional. It was quiet and close to the bus system which quickly brought me to wherever I needed to go. The owners checked in with me frequently to see if I needed anything and were very accommodating.

The room was perfect, near to the bus stop, sunset beach in Lapad and there is supermarket. The only upside down is the bed is not comfortable because it is soft and that cause me a backpain. Over all our stay is excellent and the host Cvjetana is very nice very helpful througout our stay.

The room was nice and cozy. It also has a small common room where you can relax. The staff was very helpful in taking care of laundry and arranging a tax service in very early in the morning for a fixed price. It is also very close to public transportation and a nice beach. If you are coming from the airport or bus/train station, you may want to ask how you can use public transportation to get to the hotel. Yes, I would definitely use the hotel again.

주차가 힘든 두브로브니크에서, 숙소 앞에 바로 17.3€로 1일 주차할 수 있는 넉넉한 공간이 있었고, 구시가지까지 4번 버스를 이용했습니다~. 라파드 해변이 걸어갈 만한 거리고, 친절한 여주인이 비치타월도 빌려줘서 매일 수영과 일몰을 볼 수 있어 좋았습니다~. 무척 깔끔했고 커피머신과 웰컴 과자도 있었습니다. 같은 건물이 마켓이 있어 필요한 물건을 쉽게 살 수 있는 점도 좋았습니다 유일한 단점은 와이파이 속도가 많이 느리다는 것이었습니다

Ivan was a wonderful host. Gave us rides from and back to the airport, spoke excellent English, very gracious and always available. Rooms were very nice, clean, and well furnished. And a great location for our activities. Will go back and use their rooms again.

The room was modern, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed it. However if you want anykind of view forget it since it is a basement with windows up only to the sky. Coffee maker needs service.

Very well presented rooms and common area, good coffee making equipment in the common area. AC was great, everything was ckean and very good standard. The host is very lovely and even offered beach towels as a perk which was really nice. Comfy large bed. Glad we stayed here and bot in the old town.

This was such a fantastic place to stay. So clean and the staff were so friendly, anything we needed they got us. The staff provided so much information on local attractions and restaurants. The apartment was clean and so modern. It is about 40 mins walk to the old town and a 5/10 min walk to sunset beach. Will definitely be back, cannot fault this property.

Esperienza fantastica. Punto strategico: a 5 min a piedi da lapad, a due passi dalla fermata dell'autobus num.4 che porta a pile gate. Gentilezza, pulizia oltre ogni aspettativa. Very nice fully equiped room. It is a general space (with coffee and tea) with 4 rooms. We could also use the roof terrace, which was perfect. Very clean in a nice area. The bus to old city stops around the corner and the beacharea is just 10 minutes away. Ivan is the best host, we had such a warm welcome and he is so helpful! We will stay there again if we were to go to Dubrovnic again!
