We loved the view from our room! We overlooked the bridge and it was just beautiful. The restaurant was 5 stars—we didn’t eat there for dinner, and we sure wish we did when we had breakfast. I just wish the front desk staff were a little more hospitable: the girl checking us in didn’t tell us anything about the property, nor did she give us the 2 vouchers for breakfast. I had to call the next morning and get those before breakfast closed at 10:30. Had we known there was an outdoor sauna, whirlpool, and fire pits, we would’ve hung out outside! Thankful we found this place though. Definitely recommend.

So many amenities and activities right on the property. Easy to walk to Canal Park (about a 10 min walk). Easy parking and easy to get in and out of if you want to drive other places to explore.

Was a really nice stay but a major drawback is that there was no guest laundry. IMO, if you are calling yourself a resort, a guest laundry is a must have as you expect guests to stay multiple days. The smores kits and fires were nice in the evenings, and they had some really nice amenities otherwise. They only have one restaurant, which was overpriced. $40+ for 2 breakfast sandwiches and some juice and coffee? For lunch and dinner, the menu was really limited. To be fair, there was a shuttle that would take you anywhere within 5 miles, and there were a lot of options in that radius. We found the room and beds to be very comfortable. Location was central and easy to find. Overall, I found this hotel to be a bit on the pricey side, but it was clean and comfortable.

Our stay was almost perfect. The facilities, amenities and location were outstanding. We were on the second floor and not there for a wedding, so we had loud music below us all three nights until 11:00PM. The people in the room next to us had a dog that would bark occasionally but that happens with pet friendly hotels. If you don't go to bed until 11:00PM it's a perfect hotel.
