The hotel was new and clean. The breakfast was a disappointment with a few cold items, the coffee urn was empty, a toasted bagel was about it.

Upon arriving at the hotel they proceeded to tell us that there was no reservation even though we had booked and been charged for 2 rooms. Now I'm fighting to get a refund because the lady at the front counter made us pay for another room and said we had to take it up with expedia. I won't ever book this place again.

Very clean, smells new. Perfect for us, arriving in the afternoon and leaving in the morning. Room is very spacious. Our first time staying at a Hilton Spark. This is what is different: no coffee machine in the room, no microwave, no unlimited channels on tv, basic controls on ac/heating unit, slow internet speed, magic continental breakfast (nothing hot). The pool is big and looks great. There is a little market area where you can buy snacks. So if you are looking for a place to spend a night, it's perfect! (The room is really nice!)

Hotel is great- but the Orbitz booking experience was HORRIBLE. Not knowing where I would end my day of driving, I waited until I reached Dumas and then booked the room. Orbitz immediately charged my credit card but the hotel did not get the booking until 45 min later. Desk agent, assist mgr, GM, and hotel owner all tried to get my reservation completed but they could do nothing until Orbitz FINALLY sent the confirmation details. And the 3 people in line behind me also had to wait :( This was not the hotel’s fault- it was all due to Orbitz’ inability to send my booking info in a timely manner.

We needed a last minute option for a one-night stay and this hotel was exactly what we needed. Either new or newly renovated it was super clean, quiet, and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was just okay, it's a basic continental with decent options. We grabbed coffee and some hard boiled eggs and skipped the rest. Would stay here again.

Have stayed at this property several times so wasn’t sure what to expect this visit. (In the past it was clean but an older hotel.) It has been renamed Sparks. They have redecorated the main area and the rooms and it was very nice. Will definitely continue to stay here as I travel thru this area. It is right near restaurants and safe area to stay.
