Clean room great staff loved the parking garage. Only thing I wished they had in the room was if they could add a closet or clothes rack/bar to hang clothes on. The quietest hotel room I have ever been in by far!

I found a dirty rag in the shower that looked as if someone had blown their nose in it and the showerhead was overdo for a de-scaling, but other than that the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful in directing us to our seats for the concert and the property has a plethora of dining and drinking options as well as more games than I've seen in a casino outside of Vegas.

The check-in process wasn't very efficient. Concert day and they only had 3 people checking in a line of people. The king deluxe room is apparently just a standard room according to the front desk, so no, there are NOT robes and slippers with those rooms, even if you're paying around $300 per night. Even though hotels.com advertised the room as having those items, the hotel courtesy desk wouldn't make good for a one- night stay. Kinda pathetic and cheap. Not good customer service.
