The large open-plan living room and kitchen with high ceilings provide the perfect space to share unforgettable moments around the wood stove or enjoy the comfort of air conditioning throughout the year.
The house features three spacious double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms to guarantee privacy and comfort for every guest. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the other two are on the upper floor. There is also an additional guest toilet on the ground floor.
Outside, guests can enjoy a large private patio with swimming pool, perfect for relaxing in the sun, dining outdoors, or simply unwinding in a peaceful natural setting.
The location is ideal: situated just outside Dúrcal in a very quiet area, yet perfectly connected to explore some of Andalusia’s most special destinations. Granada is only 25 minutes away, the Tropical Coast 30 minutes, and Sierra Nevada ski resort 50 minutes away.
