Remontoitu 1950-luvun bungalow, mukaan lukien uusi kylpyamme ja sadesuihku isossa kylpyhuoneessa. Valkoiset koivulattiat kaikkialla ja lämmin, viihtyisä ranta sisustus.

Haistaa suolaa ilmassa ja kuulla valtameren aallot turvatarkasta kuistilta tai avoimelta kannelta. Yksityinen ranta on vain muutaman askeleen päässä.

Kävelymatkan päässä Whaley's, esitelty Coastal Living. Tule rentoutumaan, laita varpaisi hiekkaan ja mene rannikolle kanssamme.

Great location, very quiet and easy to access beach, close to restaurants. Clean. Good floor plan and comfortable bed. Nice screened outdoor porch with plenty of seating. Overall it provided us with a place to have a nice relaxing getaway. Would definitely book it again.

Going Coastal was just the beautiful, cozy, and peaceful vacation spot that our family needed! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a week of family fun and relaxation. We loved the deck and screened in porch for morning coffee and nighttime conversations, star gazing, and fox and deer sightings! This was our 3rd time visiting Edisto and we have stayed at three different rentals; Mollie’s property was by far our favorite! We loved it so much we booked our next stay while we were there:) Thank you for sharing this magical place with us!

A wonderful place to stay with small kids!

The convenience and layout of this rental is top notch with small children. It was an easy walk to the beach even having to cross the main road. There was plenty of space for the week and the kitchen has more tools than a typical rental. We hope to be back!

Lovely beach cottage

We loved our stay! This is a cozy 1950s beach cottage that has retained some original features and charm through its renovation. We especially loved the screened porch and the lovely bathtub. My one tiny quibble that’s not worth removing a star: I might recommend taking your own bedding (as well as sheets) as what was in the primary bedroom is a bit worn.

What a nice place--close to everything!! Just a short walk to the beach and Whaley's restaurant. Host is very responsive!! Would definitely recommend. Just a very nice cozy home.

First time at Going Coastal, hopefully not last!

Fall is a quiet time to visit. The house was extremely clean and well appointed. It’s just a couple blocks from the beach. The screened in porch was very comfortable. - a peaceful place to read a book. Everything you need was there except we couldn’t find dishcloths or hot pads. There was an unusual odor (like a musty smell) that could be detected occasionally. Overall, a wonderful house! We hope to return one day.

Fantastic property and lovely stay!

We loved everything about our stay, the location was perfect and the house was set up nice, perfect for our family needs! Them providing bath and beach towels was a nice plus since we had to bring our own bedsheets which was not a problem! The kids loved the kid slide and the outside shower was a huge plus for when we got back from the beach which is just across the street!! I can't wait to stay again, the house was clean and even had a vacuum which I loved because most houses don't! Mollie was super informative and available if we had any questions! Check in was very easy and the screened in porch was a nice plus too! Did I say can't wait to stay again?! :)

Perfect Location

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Going Coastal! We were at Edisto to celebrate my sister's birthday and each family had their own place to stay. While we had the party at her vacation rental, my family enjoyed our time own time at Going Coastal. My grandsons enjoyed walking to the beach and all of us enjoyed the screen porch. There was plenty of room in the living room and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bedroom and bathroom layout were perfect as well. We would definitely stay here again!!

Fam Vaca with a Baby

The owner is amazing and communicates really well! It is a short 5-10 ish min walk to the beach. The house is so cute! They also tell you ahead of time what you need to supply yourself. We did come after a REALLY bad hurricane and there was a little mold and many bugs. I advised the homeowner who immediately responded and offered cleaners/assistance. Overall a really great stay!

Short but sweet stay!

We had to cut our trip short due to Deby, but loved our one night here. The property manager was super responsive and proactive with the emergency situation on the island. We hope to book again for next year with better weather!

Wonderful stay

We were here for only 3 nights with my daughters husband and in-laws from England. The location is superb and the cottage was clean and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened porch and deck. You do need to provide extra paper towels, bath tissue, dishwasher and laundry detergent AND garbage bags. Easy enough. We will definitely plan to stay here again!🤗

Wonderful!

The house was perfect for our stay, easy to find and super close to the beach. The screened-in porch was perfect for evening dinners. The house is very clean and comfortable. We love to cook and the kitchen was a great size and had all the appliances and utensils we needed. We absolutely loved our stay and didn't want to leave.

Wonderful beach house for our family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for our family vacation. Beautifully decorated and very clean with many extra items that made it so convenient. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach each day and the cozy screened in patio to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning and gatherings in the evening. We will definitely be going back again.

Perfect girls trip

This cute cottage was perfect for our mother/daughter trip with friends. Very clean; nicely stocked kitchen; short easy walk to the beach (just across the street). We loved riding bikes around the island. This host is very responsive and check in was easy. Highly recommend!
