On the ground floor is the living room decorated to a high standard, kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and a double bedroom.

The living room has a high performance ecological biomass fireplace. It provides a pleasant warmth and is fully compatible with asthmatic people as it does not give off smoke, dust or dirt.

In the cold months, the client will find it turned on at their entrance so that they will find the house warm upon arrival. Two bags of pellets of 15 kg / unit are provided to make use of whatever they need. Each bag costs € 5 and you only have to pay for the bags you have used, normally one is enough for the weekend.

On the upper floor are the other three bedrooms with double beds and a recently renovated bathroom with a large, very modern and comfortable to use shower plate.

In the back there is a patio where if they bring large pets they can be left during the summer nights. At the front there is a porch with barbecue and a small pool facing the Majaceite river where you can cool off while enjoying the barbecue.
In summer you can use the air conditioning on the ground floor which is in the living room, upstairs the bedrooms have been equipped with fans.

It has a 4 meter long awning on the front porch to provide shade on hot summer days.
It is a very comfortable, cozy house tastefully decorated with a lot of charm. It is prepared to make you feel at home.

New mattresses, white cotton sheets, down duvets, everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The celebration of events, bachelor parties, birthdays and other parties that disturb the neighbors are not allowed.
