WELCOME TO CABIN IN THE WOODS!
Private and cozy, this three bedroom, 2 bath mountain cabin is the ideal destination for your next weekend getaway or family vacation. This home is located in the private community of "Pineloch Sun" just minutes from Lake Cle Elum, the Historic town of Roslyn, and Suncadia. This cabin features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a cozy living room with woodstove, a kitchen with bar area, a loft rec room with big screen tv, air hockey table, a large entertaining front deck with gas BBQ grill and firepit, and a hot tub under a private covered back deck.

****Winter Access: Gate to Pineloch Sun development is OPEN effective 03/03/25!!
**Nov- Feb/March/Winter: If gate to our development is closed due to snow, there is a parking area, and a 10-15min up-hill walk (1/4 mi-1/2 mile) to the cabin property, or a 2 min snowmobile/side by side only ride. During the winter months when transportation by car is prohibited, there is a winter taxi service in our community to get you up the hill to the property in a heated ATV with your belongings in tow! Upon booking we will provide you contact info for you to inquire about pricing and scheduling. Seasonal access typically late Nov.-Mar., and is dependent on level of snow, safety is priority and is determined by our HOA. Please send us a message with any questions/concerns, and we will respond w/in 24hrs.**

Once gates close, they remain closed during the winter season (Nov-Mar) and will only re-open if the roads become bare and there is no snow in the forecast. Check website for development gate closures: www.pinelochsun.org

Sit back and relax around the cozy wood stove while you enjoy your coffee or favorite beverage on the plush reclining leather sectional that seats 6-8. In the upstairs loft area, view your favorite Netflix/Amazon Prime program on the 65” Smart TV while snuggling on the new Lovesac sectional that also seats 6-8. An assortment of DVD's, VHS's and Xbox games for all ages are also provided for your nostalgic enjoyment. Dining table seats 6-8, with an additional 4 at the Kitchen Bar.

The home is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay, including unlimited wireless internet access, wood stove with firewood and fire starters provided, a gas grill, ice maker, washer and dryer, & wall heaters in each room. Prepare your favorite meals in the kitchen, fully stocked with plenty of cookware, stemware and newly installed stainless steel appliances which include double ovens.

The main floor has two bedrooms,1 bath, kitchen, living/dining room, a hot tub and a laundry room. The primary bedroom has a King bed and the Second bedroom nicknamed, "the bunkbed room" has 2 bunkbeds. There is one bathroom on this floor. Upstairs is the Third bedroom with a King Bed and a Queen bed. There is one bathroom on the second floor. The entire family will enjoy spending time in the upstairs Loft Area, complete with a large TV, sectional, board games galore and air hockey!

Relax and enjoy nature and wildlife on one of two entertainment decks. The front of the cabin boasts a 450sqft deck with seating for 8, perfect for entertaining a group. It also has a portable firepit for smores and could become the evening dance floor if you wish! The covered back deck boasts a HUGE private year round hot tub, and a high table that seats 4 for happy hour in the warmer months.

Cabin in the Woods is located less than 5 minutes away from Lake Cle Elum, (it is a mile from us, so you can walk there!) where Speelyi Beach offers excellent swimming, fishing, boating, floating, kayaking, water skiing, jet skiing and just relaxing on the beach. You can launch a boat there, or Wish Poosh is just a mile down the road. Additionally, renters are welcome to use the outdoor tennis/pickle ball courts that our community clubhouse offers complimentary to our guests. Just bring your rackets and paddles! Less than 3 miles away is the Old Number 3 Bar and Grill, and 5 miles away in the cute town of Roslyn is the oldest bar in the state of Washington, The Brick Saloon. You might also recognize it from the hit T.V. show, Northern Exposure! The Brick is a family friendly establishment so bring the kids, and Village Pizza, Roslyn Mexican Grill, The Coal Chute, Basecamp Books and Bites, Red Bird Cafe, Roslyn Mercantile, and the Roslyn Candy Company are all family friendly places to also enjoy.

Suncadia Resort is just 6 miles away (10min drive) and offers three public championship golf courses, Swiftwater Winery and Hoist Restaurant, Portals restaurant at The Lodge, as well as tennis, basketball, kayak rentals, frisbee golf, biking/hiking trails and Glade Springs Spa! Suncadia’s parks and trails, kayak rentals, and ice skating and tubing in the winter, are all available for public use. Salmon la Sac is about 20 minutes away and offers hiking, cliff jumping and swimming holes galore in the summer and cross country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. Lazy river floats, fishing and river rafting are also availalbe. (Cle Elum, Yakima, Cooper Rivers)

During the Winter you’ll enjoy cross country skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, and the state’s premier snowmobiling right out your cabin front door! Snowmobile rentals are available at Cascade Playtime Sports and The Last Resort. Skiing is 30 min away at The Summit Snoqualmie Pass, or 2 hours to Mission Ridge.

Seasonal Access to Property-ATV taxi svc available or 8 min Walk or Snowmobile in Winter months (November-March).

Your safety matters to us. The property features 2 exterior security cameras - one on the front door and one at the outside back staircase entrance. Both of these cameras do not look into any interior spaces or the hot tub covered back deck area.
