Situated in one of Estepona´s most popular beachside developments, Puerto Alto next to the port, this gorgeous apartment is the ideal fully furnished and well equipped holiday accommodation.
This classy and modern property has 2 large bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds, 2 bathrooms with showers, and a fully fitted open concept kitchen with a washing machine, cooker, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a bright and spacious living and dining room with marble flooring and a comfortable L-shaped sofa, and a very large south-facing terrace with ample seating which is perfect for enjoying the warm summer evenings.
This property is located on the first floor and benefits from the use of the community pools ideal for families (opening hours may very depending on the season), and Mediterranean gardens, which are just a few steps away. The urbanization has 2 swimming pools, one opened seasonal (July and August) and the other one opened whole year. Puerto Alto is a quiet gated community a short walk from all local amenities, the bustling marina, Estepona beaches, and the charming old town. There are several great bars and restaurants in the area which offer a full range of Spanish meals and tapas, and most have an English menu.
