The space
Wonderful apartment in the center of Estepona, in the heart of the Costa del Sol. Enjoy an incredible stay in this new and spacious apartment, located next to Avenida Juan Carlos, the main avenue of the city, with views of the beach. Situated in a building with an elevator, it features a bright and spacious living-dining room, a cheerful and fully equipped independent kitchen, and two elegant bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
This apartment, accommodating up to 6 people, offers comfort and spaciousness, with a master bedroom, another with two single beds, and a sofa bed. It has a full kitchen, accessible bathroom, and laundry area. The living room is ample, with a dining area and access to a terrace with sea views for enjoying outdoor meals. Fully adapted for people with reduced mobility, it includes an elevator, ramps, and a conditioned bathroom. Bright, with air conditioning, and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay.
This place is filled with energy, nature, Mediterranean life, and tranquility. Escape and relax in this oasis with sea views. With high-speed fiber optic internet access, the wifi is super fast for online gaming, social media, and streaming. Additionally, there is an internet cafe within walking distance for added convenience.
