The penthouse is newly furnished, surrounded by some of the world-class restaurants in Marbella and a 10-min drive to Puerto Banus.
The exterior has a private heated jacuzzi with sauna, sun loungers, a fully covered terrace with an outdoor sitting area, panoramic sea views and a BBQ area. There are two communal pools and an indoor one.
The interior includes a very spacious open-plan lounge where you will find a neat kitchen with an island bar, and four bedrooms with three-and-half bathrooms.

Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to completely change the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.

Damage to keys set: € 50

Smoke fee in the property: 300 €

The guest must comply with the community rules, including not exceeding the allowed noise levels, refraining from hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during their stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €500 will be deducted from the security deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Fully refundable 07 days

Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.
Fully refundable 30 days

Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund for any bookings longer than 28 nights. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival day.
