Soak in the outdoor hot tub before lighting the fire pit as sunset descends on the pines and mountains just beyond. Fish on Fall River on the property! Includes WiFi, TV, washer/dryer. Downtown is 1/4 mile. Only a couple miles to the RMNP entrance. 3 car max. Many of our guests have severe animal allergies and due to this we are not able to host service animals as they create a safety hazard. We reserve the right to cancel reservations at any time. Security cameras on site located on the front door and back deck overlooking the driveway.

Place is beautiful and close to town and RMNP. We saw Elk in the yard or area every day which was awesome! Beds were comfy and a great set up for 3 couples each having their own bathroom and all on different levels of the house. Suggest using email or phone for communication. We had issues with the VRBO messaging app. Nothing major since we didn’t have any issues with the place.

Great house…super clean. Would stay in this same house again! Walking distance to town…but it’s even closer to the free trolley that goes into town. We walked down to the river (down the path behind the house) and it was such a nice surprise…beautiful green grass and chairs to enjoy the river!! (Our boys fished in that river and met a neighbor who was extremely kind and gave them some fly fishing lures!) We love a washer and dryer and they supplied the detergent and dryer sheets…plenty of everything (like TP and paper towels). We ate dinner outside and enjoyed the gas fire pit most nights. We visited the Park everyday and most nights we ate out but one night we used the kitchen and grill and had literally every cooking utensil and pan/dish we needed. Truly enjoyed this time with our kids!

Our recent 8 day stay at Dancing Pines was perfect. The homeowner and property management company supplied everything needed for a great experience. We have stayed in numerous Premier Host rentals and this one rated as the best. The home was very clean, decorated nicely, had comfortable beds with quality linens and had a well equipped kitchen. We needed to reach the property manager one time and she was extremely responsive. If we visit Estes Park again, we will definitely stay at Dancing Pines.

Just Perfect

The location on the river was stunning and serene. We were able to walk into town and enjoy Estes. It’s an easy drive into RMNP. The home is very well done and perfect for couples. Each floor has its own bedroom, bath and sitting area.

Perfect Stay in Estes Park

We absolutely loved this house! It was beautiful and in the perfect location. We always rent a house on Fall River and this was the best place we have ever rented. So peaceful, but also within walking distance to town. We loved sitting out on the lovely decks overlooking the river. Kitchen had everything we needed too! Highly recommend!

Amazing Property

This property exceeded our expectations. The online description and pictures truly do not do it justice. Everything was so clean, bedding was comfortable and the towels were luxurious. The kitchen was stocked better than any property we’ve stayed out. The layout of the home is perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Estes Park! Was super close to downtown Estes Park as well as Rocky Mountain National Park. We loved the decor and the beds were really comfy! We didn't want to leave!

Gorgeous home and location

Very nice house and layout, especially the second floor master. Beautiful grounds, creek on site. Great place to have dinner on the deck or sit and have tea for breakfast. And a hot tub.
