Room was decorated with Colorado wildlife photography had knotty pine walls and ceiling made it extra cozy with the gas fireplace and the beautiful stream running through the place. Staff member we met was nice and friendly

The hotel is very cute & a great location if you want to visit RMNP & Estes Park. It has an outdoorsy decor & parking right outside your door. The grounds has activities & games you can do if you have time to hang out at the grounds. There is also a highly rated restaurant right at the resort which is very nice to be able to just park your car & walk to & from your room. It’s all located on a river/stream to make it extra scenic. Check-in & out was very easy & contactless. Would definitely come back.

Locked the door when leaving, unable to get back in when we realized we forgot to take out the garbage and leave the tip. Code would not work on our checkout morning. Sure lucky we hadn’t forgotten to take everything because we had no way to go back in and do a final check.seems to us that the access code should work at least till Check out time at 10 am. We left at 7:15 am

I stayed in the two bedroom cabin. The room was big, but furniture was well used. Chair had leather peeling. The comforter on the beds were dirty looking. The pdf map on the email made it hard to find my room since it didn’t have a room labeled ‘cabin 2’ as indicated on the email since there’s no front desk I didn’t have anyone to ask. No one responded to my text or message on the app prior to check in.

The property was close to RMNP. It was in a beautiful area near a Creek; and was pretty quiet. We were able to have a late check out. It was pretty roomy; and had some nice movie channels. But, they do not have drive-up available to EVERy room as indicated in the information/ad for this property. I'm disabled and thought the drive up option would've been ideal. They do not have carts or staff available to assist with carrying luggage or items to your room. And parking was not very convenient to the room my Mom and I stayed in on the 2nd floor.I asked for a late check out; and heard "the latest we could do is a 1:00". I thought that would be nice; but the next morning someone came knocking loudly on the door about 9:45-9;50. They came back at least 5-6 times; even though we had told them we had a late check-out. Someone from the property called us and at that time said it was an 11:00 late check out. I SPECIFICALLY booked this room because of the jetted tub advertised; and in the am when I tried using the jets; they did not work! I told the gentleman from the property mgmnt company about the jets not working and housekeeping continually knocking on the door. I was asked if I had called maintenance about the jets not working on the jetted tub the night before. I didn't try using the jetted tub until the morning (when housekeeping was already knocking; so I wouldn't have called. I wasn't offered a discount or anything. I hope they fix the jetted tub for the next guest!
