Great location! Just mins from downtown Estes Park & the entrance to the RMNP. Love the river that runs through the property, all the amenties, and the convenience of Wapiti being outside your door for some food or a drink. I was worried about the "no contact check-in & check-out", but it went very smoothly. The staff was very attentive to texts whenever we needed anything. We had a great time. Definitely recommend it.

Great stay

The hotel stay was great. The building itself is a little old but it was clean and quiet, and the owner is so nice and accommodating. The river running through the property was fun to fish, and the on site restaurant was delicious.

I was very disappointed in this room. The ceiling in the shower had a large moldy, damaged spot and there was mold all around the tub. The bathroom floors were also not clean. The towels and bed covers had been washed, but were stained from years of use. All of them need to be replaced. The room was cute, but not at all worth what I paid. The location is nice - away from main street, but just minutes from RMNP and restaurants and shops.

Fun place to stay

Fun place to stay with cute little rooms. Everything is done virtual so you never interact with a staff member. I got confused on the location because it was a downpour and hard to see. I called the number in rhe email and the gentleman who answered was super helpful! Lots of fun stuff to do on the property. Fun wildlife all around.

It was a charming resort along the Fall River. Great location to Rocky Mountain National Park. It was nice they had outdoor seating by river and some outdoor entertainment like footballs, pool, putting green, teather ball.

My favorite place to stay in Estes!

It is beautiful, the room is clean and comfortable, and the views are amazing! I try to get to Estes Park at least once a year, and I will definitely be staying at Nicky’s Resort for all future trips.

Nicky's Resort was good, clean, but not much on customer service. Never saw anyone from the resort. Check-in was automated with a keypad at your door. Terrible wifi connections. Couldn't use my devices in the hotel room.

Only place I ever been to that has two beds to a room and they're not even the same bed. The one man it feels like they just grabbed a set of springs outside and wrapped a sheet around it and called it a day the other man was an old used tempurpedic bed. We were supposed to stay three nights we ended up staying only two and we switched beds each night. The staffing there is horrible. They told me they were only going to charge me $99 per night and they ended up charging me over $200 per night. They said they would reach out to Expedia and get my refund set up and it would just be $99 a night for two nights. On my bill it was $645 this is not a $645 resort, this is more like $100 resort for three nights. When the motel 6 seems like an upgrade they're only thing going for them is they had a stream running through their property. And they are surrounded by the mountains of the Rockies. But I don't believe the hotel has been updated since they built it probably in the 50s.
