Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The rooms intended to accommodate 4+ guest need to be updated as well as up to par. The room we recently checked into was in dire need of a professional cleaning service as well as entire room amenities. Shouldnt be consider a suite. It honestly took us longer to check in the room then it took me to request a room change. We had to downsize room in order to accommodate our own preference. The first floor rooms were recently renovated but need a deep clean prior to allowing guest to check in. I set my luggage on top of a cabinet inside the room and covered in dust.
Overall it could have been better for the price we paid $454 close to $500 for 3 nights. I booked through expedia so i wasnt able to get the refunded the price difference when i had to switch to a standard room. Much smaller only intended to sleep 4 guest. I was traveling with a family of 6 so clearly did not comfortably suite our needs.
