I really wanted to rate this property higher because the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the room itself was very disappointing. There was a strong damp, musty smell as soon as I walked in, the bed sheets were frayed, and the overall cleanliness was poor. The fridge still had the previous guest’s takeaway food left inside, and there was sticky residue under the bedside table top, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. It’s a shame, because the staff created a good first impression, but the room condition and cleanliness did not meet expectations at all. I hope the property takes this feedback seriously and improves housekeeping and maintenance, as the team working there deserve better.

Room was clean, beds were wonderful. TV was older and had a line through it at the bottom. Tub was older too. Front desk was wonderful!!! We saw her several times checking around the bottom floor. Near several restaurants, which made dinner so easy. Didn't stay for breakfast, but it smelled good.
