Room was neglected, Boxers and blunt wraps in the drawers, underneath of beds looked like they havent been touched in months, had to ask for a new room when we first got there because there was hair balls all over the bed sheets and the bathroom wasnt touched.. Staff was alright

Yes, no amenities whatsoever , no microwave, heater was malfunctioning,couldn't adjust it much. No daily cleaning. There is a fridge, a tv. But it was cheap.

The price reflects the facility so nothing to complain about. The service however was top notch. We found ourselves pleasantly surprised by how friendly, down to earth, and helpful the staff was. Especially the gentleman working overnight. This place is ran by good people 👌

This was the worst experience I have ever had. The hotel is dirty. We were given four different rooms and they were all dirty with stained flooring and stained sheets. Walking down the hall there were rooms that were taped off for bugs. We were propositioned by hotel guests for drugs. This is a dirty unsafe place to stay. We ended up leaving and not staying in the hotel. It is nothing like Expedia advertised it as.

The check in guy was very rude and terse. When I finally did get in the room, it was dirty. There was no toilet paper roll so the toilet paper was on the unswept/u mopped floor. The shower was so dirty when tshe water would hit the wall it would knock off the dirt. No closet to hang up my coat, and the lamps didn't work. Or the honey.

The front desk staff was excellent. She was very friendly and efficient. The room was very small and the beds were pushed against the wall. There were burns in the sheets and the plate in the microwave was missing. The bathroom counter and shower looked like it wasn’t cleaned after the previous guests.

The room that was given to us was FULL OF HAIR. its human hair ALL OVER THE BED. We asked to be moved to a different room. They moved us to a room with no locks we were too tired from a long snowy drive so we didn’t ask to be moved to a different one. The guy said he was getting us a key to get into our own room but he and never gave us a key to get in. The hotel reeks of cigarette including the sheets. It was the worse hotel I have ever been into in all of the US.

Staff was great, room however was lacking in cleanliness, only 1 towel, floors were dirty, hallways smelled. And room was very cold. We were assigned one room, someone was already in it. Then we were offered a suite, when walking into that room the floor was wet and smelled mildew, we were asked to wait there while they found us a different room. Then we had to go ask for a room key for that room.
