Two bathrooms and two further bedrooms are also located on the ground floor. Thanks to the optimised room layout, up to ten guests have plenty of space to relax even when the house is full. Two further bedrooms and a bathroom await you on the upper floor, which also has a separate entrance.



In the immediate vicinity of this absolutely peaceful villa, with a car park right next to the house, you can experience wonderful unspoilt nature and the crystal-clear sea, which can be reached on foot in no time at all. Why not make a detour to the weekly market in Santanyí, approx. 15 km away, also possible by bike. A long history gives this town with its golden sandstone buildings a sense of magic and adventure. If you want to improve your handicap, simply visit the golf course just 7 km away. You can experience romantic moments on the beach of Cala D'Or, on the sandy beach lined with pine trees, while you enjoy the endless expanse and the sound of the sea.
