The holiday home Finca Casarena is nestled in a charming collection of Ibiza-style houses in the holiday resort of Roca Serena near Cala D'Or. This well-kept complex, surrounded by mature trees, borders a nature reserve and offers a peaceful atmosphere. The rugged coastline is just a few steps away from the house and offers breathtaking views of the sea. The nearest sandy beach, Cala Serena, is only 400 metres away. The finca's two terraces are perfectly positioned to enjoy the morning and evening sun. Shaded areas and comfortable lounge furniture make it an ideal place for breakfast, barbecues and relaxing. Despite the quiet location, the lively holiday resort of Cala DOr with its marina, numerous restaurants, bars and boutiques is not far away.
Inside, the lovingly decorated and carefully renovated Finca Casarena welcomes you with a warm, Mediterranean ambience on two floors. The high-quality kitchen in traditional Mallorcan design is fully equipped to fulfil all your culinary needs. Two cosy bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two modern bathrooms provide comfort on both floors. The comfortable sofa bed in the living room offers an additional sleeping option. Air conditioning units with heating and dehumidification functions ensure a pleasant climate in all rooms, and all windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
