We had a good start to the stay, we were allowed early check-in, and received a bottle of prosecco as the expedia member perk as it was my birthday on check-in. The location is excellent and convenient to come back to freshen up in the heat. The aircon seemed to struggle a little to reach the temp it was set to, which could be problematic for people used to sleeping in the aircon in the heat. We unfortunately booked for 1 instead of 2, and we're charged 30 euros per day, 4x the amount of the price difference, so be careful of any additional charges here.

Such a nice boutique hotel in a great area. We came by car and couldn’t find where to park. Called the hotel and they sent someone to us who drove us to hotel (driving our car) and parked our car. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel. Amazing location

Great property well located near the historic centre of Florence. Ideal location for visiting most sites. Rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. Several had a nice view of the Duomo as well. Staff was simply amazing and very friendly. Would stay again!

Premium hostel In a great location

my first sensation was quite a bit odd, it is supposed to be a 4 star hotel but was more likely a “premium hostel”, the particular thing is that this “hotel” is located on a second floor in a building. Then we arrived late in the evening and the first thing said when we entered is that check in is up to 9pm, then the room is comfortable but like a said is a bedroom in an apartment. Finally I asked the night before at was time was check out and the guy told me at noon, the day of the check out I re check and asked for a check out at 1pm cause I don’t like to be in a rush and I wanted to have breakfast and solve some issues, the woman at the front desk asked “3 hours for breakfast?” and I think that was completely rude from her. Long story short we ended up checking out 10.30. pros: location Cons: first night was freezing, then they turned on the heating. Could improve the way to communicate sometimes. And to be honest at the last minute when we were leaving with our bags (2.45p) there was another woman but in this case she was extremely nice. I do not recommend this “hotel” and if im writing this review is because I mean it.

Pros - great location, friendly & helpful staff, good breakfast. Cons - entrance to the hotel was quite smelly (sewer smell), room was a little noisy at times as the hotel is shared with apartments so could hear the people upstairs (washing machine running during the night), room was a little dated - didn’t really get that impression from the photos when booking.

The hotel is beautiful. The location is great. The room was delicious. It’s just the staff. They are not rude, but I think they could do much better to make you feel welcome and appreciated.

Location is fabulous and the hotel has a charming interior design and friendly staff, but be prepared for a not so great first impression when you arrive at the building. The entrance and interior corridor are musty and drab. (The hotel is on the second floor.) Our room was small but pretty, the bathroom very nice, but the timber ceiling gave way to hearing all the stomping back and forth above us. We didn't receive our welcome bottle of wine as was in our Expedia reservation, but no big deal. I'm on the fence about returning to this hotel, but I think it's worth a second look.

Perfect spot for a few nights in Florence. Right next to all the popular attractions, great restaurants on the same block, and a short walk from the train station. Hotel staff were very kind and helpful and we enjoyed the happy hour each night. The room was small but comfortable with a nice view of the Duomo. The hotel is relatively new so everything was in good shape and clean. Definitely would stay here again.

Descent hotel for the price. Room is clean but it has a smell. Location is central, walking distance to everywhere. Lots of restaurants nearby. Thomaso was very kind. He was very helpful and took good care of the guests. Daily complimentary happy hour at 6-8pm is wonderful! Breakfast is delicious with a fee. The only minor issue for us was that one of the lady staffs wasn’t very nice. She gave us an attitude. I would leave out her name just out of courtesy, but I would be glad to provide details to the management if asked upon.
