The room was terrible. The floor was dirty, water would not drain in the sink, and the shower was dirty. Whenever I reported to the front desk and showed pictures, she just stated that she would notate my account.

The staff was wonderful! Genuinely kind and friendly. Best thing by far about the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel is dated and rundown. Tiny TV. Breakfast is free but not very good which I don’t blame the staff for as this is typical at most of the affordable business class hotels I’ve stayed at.

The hotel was worn out looking from the outside to the hallways and room. Carpet was old, the couch looked like it had grease stains on it. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom tiles were cracked and loose. Not what I expected from a Best Western.

It was a nice quite stay that i really enjoyed. The room needs so extra clean and the mice crawling up the side of my bed wasn't very pleasant. I received a one night credit, which was okay but felt as if our whole stay should have been credited. Very friendly and welcoming stay.
