Located on the slopes of Piazzale Michelangelo, a few meters from the Arno river, in a quiet and safe neighborhood even late at night.
It consists of a living room with double sofa bed, equipped kitchenette / dining room, bathroom with shower and washing machine. It has unlimited free wifi.
The studio, on the first floor of an ancient three-story building, is silent and comfortable.
Due to its composition it is ideal for two people.
From this accommodation it is easy to reach any point in Florence: 15/20 minutes on foot in Ponte Vecchio, 10 minutes by bus to the nearest railway station (Campo di Marte) and 20 minutes from the central station (S. M. Novela) and a stone's throw from bus connections to the surrounding hills (Fiesole, Settignano, etc. ..)
In fact, the house enjoys an enviable strategic position: reaching the corner of the block you are along the river with a view of Ponte Vecchio and other monuments of Florence.
We recommend this pleasant walk along the Arno river to enjoy the view of the most famous monuments, which as you walk seem to meet you to be easily reached.
From the back of the house, instead, a characteristic pedestrian street (via San Miniato) starts among the olive trees, which in a few minutes, going up the hill, will take you to Piazzale Michelangelo, offering romantic views of Florence along the promenade.
Just a 5 minute walk away is the lively San Niccolò district, full of restaurants, pizzerias, bars, meeting places, artisan workshops, etc. .
Even a few meters from the house you will still find grocery stores, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, etc.

Fabulous Florence!

We would highly recommend this property for rental to any couple who are planning a Florence visit. The hosts are fabulous. They were very welcoming and are living in the building so are there for anything you might need. The apartment is fairly priced and has everything you will need; washer, great shower, small kitchen and comfortable bed. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

This is a cosy, well equipped apartment tucked away on a picturesque side street. It is a 15 minute walk from the centre of Florence. You can also hop on the C4 bus if you have shopping to carry home. The hosts are super helpful without being intrusive. I would definitely stay here again!

Great for the price!

Location is in the more quiet part of the city, about a 30 minute walk to get anywhere. Was concerned about sleeping on a pull-out but it was comfortable! No AC but the fan she provided was a life saver. The place was very clean and well kept. Felt very safe, there is a lock on the main entrance and on the door to the room, both lock behind you when you leave

This is a sweet apartment with ink walking distance to everything. It’s ina quiet safe neighborhood with some coffee shops nearby. You do need to walk or go to the bus to get to tourist attractions. For me it wasn’t difficult to walk everything was 15/20 minutes walk. Check in was simple. I saved money getting groceries and cooking in the kitchen. I slept well on the hide a bed and was surprised that it was so comfortable. Great property, very clean and I would stay here again.

Your home away from home

Chiara’s place was exactly what I need it! It is a close enough to town to walk, but it’s in a quiet street. It has all you need for a short stay, enough to prepare your meals, good internet and hot water. Chiara is also very helpful and sweet.

Lovely studio

So happy to share that I rented this lovely apartment for 29 days last month and really enjoyed the experience. The area is one of the best residential areas in the city yet 15 minutes walk to all attractions. It really is a perfect and compact home from home. Chiara the landlady is very kind and helpful also which made the stay very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay in the city .

Very clean and quiet

After a hideous apartment rented through my school, Chiara's studio seemed like heaven; clean, quiet, nice, safe neighborhood. And Chiara is always willing to help. She provided a bottle of wine and a bottle of water, then loaned me an electric heater when the temperatures started to drop. It is a solid 25 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio and the nearest groceery store but it was worth it for the quiet. Late my second week I found a lovely pasticerria along the lungarno that served meals as well as delicious sandwiches and pastries. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment in Firenze neighborhood

This apartment was the perfect home away from home. I enjoyed the location that is close to the river and city center but is not crowded or too busy. Everything is very accessible by walking or bike. I felt perfectly safe the entire time. And the interior is beautiful and comfortable for a single person - just perfect! Thank you Chiara! I will have very fond memories of this place.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay, and the location is ideal for seeing Florence on foot. The only surprise was that the "bedroom" was really the "living room". We expected a bedroom with a separate bed, but the bed in the photo is the pullout couch. So there is no actual bed. That said, it is very comfortable for a pullout. Like most European units, it is small and the shower is quite small, but that seems to be the case everywhere I've stayed over there. It is very clean and it has everything you need. Overall, for the price, it is a very good deal.

Hidden Florence Gem

Apt was clean, cozy and within walking distance of Florence's many sites. Bathroom is very modern. There are several bus stops locally if you don't want to walk. Try out the Pastry Shop located at Lungarno Francesco Ferrucci, 9c. It is a 5 minute walk from the apt. Thank you Chiarina Codonesu for the fruit and letting us stay in your beautiful place. If we return to Florence we will stay here and spend more time.

Great Location

The apartment is in a quiet part of town south of the Arno river within easy walking distance of the major attractions, cafes and restaurants. There is a supermarket about a 15 minutes’ walk. The apartment is comfortable and cozy, with a pullout double size sofa bed. Good for a single person or couple. The apartment is one flight of stairs up. Thank you, Chiara, for being a great host.

Perfect place to stay!

We loved Chiara’s cozy little studio. It was absolutely spotless and comfortable. It is away from the crowded tourist district but not so far that you can’t walk to it. Having a cooktop, fridge, and a clothes washer was a godsend. She provided us with great dining recommendations and bus info. On our last day, her husband drove us to the train station due to a disruption in taxi service. We will definitely come back and stay at Chiara’s!

Casa molto carina in un'ottima posizione strategica

Ci accodiamo alle recensioni positive lasciate sulla pagina. La signora Chiara è stata super disponibile per tutte le richieste. Abbiamo scelto questa casa vacanze per la vicinanza con l'accademia Cappiello(Solo 3 min a piedi!) e per il prezzo più basso rispetto a quello che chiedono in centro ma è ottima anche per raggiungere i punti d'interesse del centro e per raggiungere il piazzale Michelangelo. Il centro si può raggiungere a piedi o con il bus. La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario ed è ottima come appoggio per una coppia o per una sola persona. Sicuramente se avremo di nuovo necessità ci torneremo

Studio TRES TRES propre. Pas loin de la PIAZZLE MICHELANGELO, sympa pour aller faire les piquenique nocturnes avec vue sur FLORENCE. C'est un canapé lit, mais le couchage est correct. La propriétaire est très arrangeante. C'était un plaisir que de séjourner à cet endroit
