From the minute you walk through the door the staff make you feel welcome. A well needed glass of water in the inner courtyard before allowing an early check-in was possible . Lovely room , a wonderful roof terrace to have drink and relax , conference room facilities if you need to work!!!! Location only 10 minute walk to city centre/ airport bus stop. Amazing Sicilian coffee shop next door for breakfast . Late checkout was possible for me on this occasion and luggage storage. Will be back😊

Loved everything about this place-Ryan has created it with his whole heart, and it shows. It’s on the edge of Valletta, and so it avoids the crowded bits. The only place one should stay in Malta!

Very helpful hosts, plenty of communication and information. Lovely hotel, we had a great room which was spotlessly clean. Short journey to/from the airport and easy to use as a base to travel around the island.

Fantastic property within 15 minutes walk of Valletta which has been renovated to a very impressive standard. Spacious, clean and modern room. All of the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The information guide that is emailed in advance of the stay is really useful with lots of helpful information. Ryan in particular was brilliant with offering advice on where to visit with a number of maps available to take away with us as well as restaurant recommendations. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Beautiful hotel with individual rooms decorated to a very high, modern standard whilst still incorporating the building's limestone features. The hotel is located a 15-20min walk away from Valetta and the staff are super friendly. Shoutout to Ryan for his amazing restaurant recommendations for brunch, dinner and local Maltese food.

The BEST hotel of our 30 day trip!

WOW! This hotel was amazing! After 5 nights, we did not want to leave! The room was stunning, modern and large. Anna was amazing. From check in till we left - nothing was too much hassle. The hotels information guide was packed full of useful and valuable information and recommendations. It was lovely chatting to Anna every morning and afternoon about our travels. The roof terrace was stunning and the hotels location was good: 8 minute walk from the Sicily/Malta ferry (up hill) and 7 minute walk to the centre of Valletta. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Beautiful stunning hotel

Absolutley beautiful hotel, gorgeous room, fabulous bathroom and stunning roof terrace. The receptionist and the owner went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Takes about 10 minutes to walk into Valletta and when we stayed nothing open locally but it was New year. We will definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone.

Great staff. Ryan was wonderful and communicative. We missed our flight and our first night due to multiple delays and decided to stay an extra night. Ryan comped our extra night and made our stay wonderful. Easy to walk to Valleta and around town. Highly recommended.

Nice and clean.

Great little boutique hotel. Warm welcome from a very friendly host. Nice roof top with amazing views. I would recommend this place if you want to visit Valletta. The center is just 12 min walk away.

23 Boutique is a beautiful property in Floriana (just outside Valletta). Its only about a 10 minute walk (we walk fast) to Valletta. 23 B is in a quiet neighborhood with a few dining options, small grocery stores and a coffee shop. Ryan and Mia are super helpful with tips for areas to visit, to dining in Valletta (thanks again Ryan and Mia!!!!). There is so much to see and do that is within walking distance. To summarize, great location, great property extremely helpful staff. I would recommend this property to anyone that wants to stay in and older building that has been beautifully renovated!!
