Welcome to The Stone Crab! This lovely 4 BD/3 BA home is ideally situated in the heart of Folly Beach and is located just one block from the ocean and one block from downtown Center Street. The Stone Crab is on the left side of this duplex. It is updated with all-new high-end mattresses in 2023. Catch glimpses of the ocean from your private master balcony or relax after a beach day in the newly custom enclosed space under the home. We've created an amazing space that you'll absolutely love with a custom cooking area, large chef grill and crab boiler, smart TV, outdoor shower, and a Seasonal Hot Tub. (Note: Hot Tub is available OCT 1 through APR 30 and is for adult use only). Cozy furnishing and lighting further enhance this outdoor experience. Enjoy all that Folly Beach offers when you stay at this beautiful home that's perfect for your beach and Charleston getaway!

For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25-minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. Contactless Check-In: This home offers a lock box at the property with keys, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
The parking can accommodate up to five cars (depending on vehicle size...fewer if all trucks/SUVs)
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most eight people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Therefore, you will need to pay full payment at the time of booking within 30 days of your arrival date.

This property is located near Downtown Folly Beach, close to all of the restaurants and nightlife. Normally quiet hours start at 10pm, but are extended to 11pm on weekends.

Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
