Absolute bare minimum. Nothing more. Random people hanging out in the parking lot all hours of the night. Front desk closes at night, roll gate down and all. Have to call a number to get someone to come open up. Doors are locked 24 hours so clearly an unsafe area. Floor in the room was filthy. Beds and bedding barely acceptable. Zero kitchen equipment. No coffee maker, hair dryer, iron was there but no ironing board. Flimsy worn out towels. The cherry on top? Door was locked with latch and deadbolt at night. Woke up 15 min late (sorry I overslept) the morning of checkout and the deadbolt and latch were both undone. Did someone come in my room when I was asleep? When leaving, tried to speak to someone at the front desk about this, but no one was there.

My non smoking room reeked of smoke. The front desk moved us into another suite which was acceptable. The hot water issue I heard about was corrected last week and I had a an amazing hot shower., my family as well. I have a feeling as though this hotel only has a certain amount of towels and sheets and is growing. Don’t expect a 5 star hotel,, it is an older building that was comfortable and clean.
