The minute we walked in, we were greeted by a very friendly front desk staff member. It was a very busy in the evening and in the morning, but the staff handled things very well and everything moved very quickly and smoothly. The room was very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The breakfast area also was very clean and well maintained. The staff there was very friendly. It was very convenient to have free shuttle service from the airport. We stayed there the night before our cruise. It was great. I highly recommend it! We will be returning.

Wrong instructions to shuttle location. Shuttle took TWO HOURS. Room was late. Smells like URINE AND ROOM SPRAY. Remote barely works. Blankets are thin. Pillows are flat. No back up towels or tissue. Empty water dispenser. No coffee before 6am. Absolutely awful

The fridge didn’t work at all. The tub in the bathroom was filthy and dirty dirty. It just wasn’t what I expected. Someone from the hotel front desk ate my uber eats order. Just a bad experience

The staff was very courteous and the room quite nice. Clean and comfortable bed. As hotel breakfasts go, this one is good. Hot waffles, eggs, sausage and eggs. Fruit, breads and cereals. Free airport transport. Good gig!
