We had some original issues with the first room they gave us, but the front desk staff, led by Denise went well above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable and very pleasant. Supper easy check in, airport shuttles very convenient. This is for a must stay pre and post cruise

Was given my key went into my room and there was a family in there already. The little boy started screaming. The grandfather came at the door kind of aggressively at me. I showed him my key that was just given to me and he said there’s must’ve been some kind of mixup so I went back to the desk and you could still hear the little boys crying very hard as we were walking away, he was very scared.

Room very noisy next to a back exit door that slams every time someone goes through it right up to midnight when I eventually got to sleep. towels with black marks. bath/Shower lime scale and unable to change bath to shower function.due to it. Shower cold no hot water! I know should have said something but only stay for 1 night but standards should be better for check in. Hot Breakfast limited scrambled eggs & pork sausage! Very busy limited seating! But free (well in the price of hotel) Area ok to get to from Tri Rail from Miami, food outlet close by is Wendy’s and Dunkin donuts. Bed was sort and comfortable. It’s ok for a night before a Cruise. But it’s the standard things it lacks, like hot water and sleep due to noise due to room location on 1st floor. If stayingbherDONT stay on 1st floor, take an uber/Lift to cruise port as much cheaper than the ride share at $20 each. Uber was $18 total!
