Love the clean room the convenient location, staff are pleasant and accommodating. I didn't want cleaning service but they stopped by to see if i need anyrhing fresh towels take out trash, a pleasant experience overall and the convenience of a lite breakfast before leaving the hotel in the morning was great.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Their staff is friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants and shopping mall. Right across from the Hyatt Hotel. The breakfast was hotel type food at every hotel. Didn’t use the pool, it was too cold when we were there.

Great value for the price. Super close to the airport and cruise ports. Walking distance from a ton of restaurants and shops. Free shuttle pickup service from the airport, was there within 10 minutes of calling and the shuttle was very clean. Room was clean and very spacious. Very nice kitchen in the room with a full size fridge. Overall, very pleased with this hotel. I definitely would book here again.
