Hotel was beautiful. The only issue we saw was that the food on site was outrageously expensive. My husband and I got 2 pre-made (not very good) sandwiches and 2 bags of chips and it was $45.

The canal view was amazing. The location is beautiful. The room was nice, although there was no soap in the bathroom to wash hands with. Our only real complaint was the location of our room. It was near an exit door and an elevator. People often talked very loudly. We were exhausted after a long day of travel and wanted to sleep early. When we checked in, there was another customer who requested that his room location be changed because of the noise the night before. The hotel was at full capacity, and there was no new room to send him to. I would stay there again if the room were in a better location.

The Hilton was very close to the water taxi stop F4 and is adjacent to the Princess ship dock and Disney ship dock. The room was clean. They do not provide little packs of soap or other amenities by the sink. Nor is there coffee in the room. They do have a busy area by the front desk for snacks, beverages as well as coffee. The Olive restaurant was booked up and required reservations so we went to a nearby Italian restaurant. The pool area was beautiful and faced a waterway. The only drawback was a late 4:00 check in. You can put your luggage in storage and cruise the water taxi for a couple hours. Very popular with cruisers.

I arrived at the hotel at midnight after travelleing 12 + hours due to massive delays. I had a heavy bag for my upcoming cruise. The elevator was not working where my room was located so I had to go back to the front desk and pay someone to bring my bag to my room. It was not optimal.

Room was well organized clean and neat but the amount of people they have at the hotel wasn’t manageable for the staff. We paid for the view and balcony of the water they switched with room with a credit which wasn’t want i wanted for new years. We used the credit for parking but we had money said we could switch the room but denied the request the next day saying they couldn’t switch someone room? But switched mines lol i truly feel it was bcuz we were black bcuz they didnt deny them white folks anything they asked for but i cud be wrong but still didnt get what i wanted so i didnt see any amenities of the hotel i just bathed and left out might have a better experience if ur white
