We got off our cruise, arrived at 9AM and tried to check in. I was told our room was ready but it would be $40 to check in early. That is ridiculous. So we sat in the lobby for 5 hours and then got the room we could have had at 9. Food options are minimal and very expensive ($16 for a dry sandwich) They are clearly more interested in profits than customer service.

A deeply disappointing stay was experienced due to significant organizational oversights. Room availability fell far short of the confirmed booking, leading to an unacceptable delay upon arrival. Severe overcrowding throughout the facilities created a chaotic atmosphere. Pre-booked accommodations were not honored, impacting comfort and planned arrangements. Excessive noise levels from other guests persisted throughout the night, preventing restful sleep. Unruly behavior from teams of children significantly disrupted the peace and quiet of the accommodations. Management was promptly informed of the disturbances and the resulting safety concerns. Security personnel were deployed throughout the night for two consecutive evenings to address the issue. The ongoing situation caused considerable distress and anxiety, particularly for my son. It is imperative that effective measures are implemented to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. The offered compensation of two drink/breakfast vouchers feels inadequate considering the hardship experienced. This gesture appears dismissive of the challenges faced by me and my family on my son's birthday. So we called a day after for a more comprehensive approach to addressing these concerns with a manager since During our stay, we encountered several issues and promptly reported them to the hotel staff. Despite our repeated attempts to address these concerns on-site, they were largely dismissed.

I made a reservation at this motel with Expedia. On arrival I was informed that I had to use valet parking (no other parking available), at the cost of $52. Then when checking out, I was billed for a "Resort Charge"(what the hell is a resort charge?), $30 plus tax. I was not aware of these fees before booking, would have been nice to know. When I got to my room there was no refrigerator, no plastic cups, no pen and paper. These would be typical items found in most motels I've used previously.

I do no like to give bad reviews but this time the cross the line First they make me park with valet no self parking available and i was never notify of that until i arrived Second day saturday i have to go to front desk and ask why they did not make my roomand was 3pm , answer from front desk personal , housekeeping is done in you area , really i ask why my room is not done They sent someone after this And last they charge 3 days of valet parking , i do not know if is every 24 hours or dayly but they charge overnight for sunday and i check out today and they have a sign that says diferent prices for dayly use of valet and overnight , so they charge overnight today also , is ridiculous besides they charge 30 doll dayle for 2 botle of water that they give you ! I will not come back ever to this hotel , they only advantage is convenience because is close to convention center and cruise port Very disapointed with this hotel Tks jorge
