Subject: Request for Refund of $50 Deposit and Clarification of Additional Charges Dear [Hotel Name] Team, I hope this message finds you well. I checked into your hotel around 10:30 PM and stayed until the next morning, checking out around 10:30 AM. At check-in, I was informed that a $50 deposit would be charged and refunded after checkout, along with an additional $10 “fee” and $12 for the bar. The front desk agent was helpful and polite, but I was not clearly informed why these extra charges were applied or how they were calculated. I only stayed for one night, and I did not use any minibar or extra services other than sleeping in the room. Up to now, I have not received the $50 deposit refund, and I would appreciate it if you could clarify the full breakdown of the charges and when I should expect the refund to be processed. I kindly request that the $50 deposit be refunded as soon as possible, and I suggest that all fees and charges be clearly communicated during the booking or check-in process to avoid confusion. Beach accessible Gem

They are currently in the renovation process. Ocean Beach Palace has 2 beautiful pools. The lobby is beautiful and the staff was very nice and helpful. This was a last minute stay I planned very poorly and they were very accommodating. Avril helped me with reservation updates and upgrades. There is an early check in fee. Local beach, restaurants and shopping is all within walking distance. Shuttle service to and from the airport is available from a separate company that they suggested and was awesome.

We checked into our room. Major mold smell. We went out for dinner and a couple drinks. We got back to having only 1 channel on the tv. The property was nothing like it was described. The plus side was that the manager contacted us i.mediately in the morning. We told her our issues and she immediately gave us a different room. Also. Our AC unit had 1 setting. Off and high. We turned up the temperature and it smelled like it was on fire
