This hotel is extremely over-rated. The shuttle driver was grumpy and drove aggressively. The hotel is dated and not secure (back doors open to anyone). Our hallway smelled strongly like urine and marijuana and the carpet was disgusting. The area is definitely run down and we felt unsafe walking anywhere. We were harassed by people asking for money and even followed by one person. We booked here because it was close to the cruise ship terminal on the map but would certainly book elsewhere in the future. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I booked two triple rooms for $1,617.86, but the room was dirty and only had two towels. The next day, they didn't even clean the room or replace the towels I had used, so I had to go to the front desk to ask for new ones. I want to share this information so that travelers planning to stay at this hotel don't have a bad experience.
