Customer service at the front desk. Absolutely an odd set up lobby with no flow pattern an only 1 person working the desk in what was a peak time. We’ll never stay there again, not at all worth the cost.

While it was convenient to the airport for an early departure (and had free shuttle service) there was no place to secure your luggage safely if arrived before the 3 pm check in time. They offered a $50 early check in but no other option but an open room that any one could enter to leave bags until check in time.

• Good, safe hotel as the go-between airport and cruiselines. Comfortable beds. • On site place to eat, but also a short walk to "Grumpy Gary's Restaurant". • Wyndham offers a shuttle to the cruise ships. $15 per passenger. • I'd recommend this to any cruiser who likes a pleasant, neat place to stay but is not looking for the Ritz Carlton.

Desk agent Samuel did not check anyone in. At 2:45 stated the rooms were not ready to a group of about 8 people. Told us to sit in lobby and he would call us by name when the rooms were available but he didnt take any names. At 3:00, his relief appeared and he left! Christina apologized for his poor customer service and quickly gave everyone their rooms. Samuel was rude, lazy and a very poor example of customer service. The room had only decaff coffee and no tea. It was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Not the best choice for families with no vehicle. One restaurant in walking distance and the hotel restaurant was awful ,with a bartender/ server with a terrible attitude. Also shuttles are not free as stated . I don’t always give negative reviews but my personal experience with this particular hotel was below the usual Wyndham Garden standards I am accustomed to.
